Francesco’s apartment was absolutely splendid! Not only, was it in the best area to stay in Florence (in my opinion), but it was also equipped for all your traveling needs. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had a lovely kitchen/dining room. The location is steps away from Ponte Vecchio and various fabulous restaurants. I could not recommend this accommodation enough!

From our first moment finding Luca’s apartment, we fell in love with it. Located within a short walk of the Ponte Vecchio, the River Arno and handy shops, the apartment is fitted out superbly with old and contemporary mixed expertly together. The main bedroom in particular is wonderful, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms functional, clean and stylishly tiled/fitted. However, the absolute highlight has to be the terrace with small room, enough to seat 4, overlooking the street below and perfect for pre-dinner drinks watching the world go by or late night-caps after exploring beautiful Florence. We had worried that being so close to the centre of things might mean that noise was an issue but quite frankly, nothing disturbed our night’s sleep, as once the windows are shut any noise is dimmed down. This is an exceptional find and Luca a great host. We will be back.

It was a romantic stay in the heart of Firenze! Above the bar that invented the Negroni…Artistic, private, had everything we needed in a great location. Easy walk to train station and airport tram. Can’t wait to go back!

This apartment is a real gem. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and has all the amenities you could need. The owner was responsive and accommodating to our every request. The location was quiet but only a short walk to all the main sights. This is certainly one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in.

Our plan was to secure a well located and comfortable flat (apartment) in Florence and live there for three weeks. Unpack, settle in and come and go as we would if we lived there. This worked so well and we were delighted with our stay. In fact the flat was a highlight of the trip. So well located, stunning views of the Ponte Vecchio and the constant movement of happenings on the Arno River. As a family closely associated with the sport of rowing we were delighted in seeing so much activity with the rowing club opposite. The flat was perfectly arranged and all facilities were available . Comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The kitchenette was quite adequate and well provided with implements. The large double bed was superbly comfortable. We were hosted graciously, welcomed, and made to feel that assistance was always available. A lovely flat, superbly located with access to the old part of Florence. Restaurants close at hand as are the antiquities of the city.

This is a special apartment directly overlooking the Arno at the Ponte Vecchio. We loved to sit and watch the sunset over the buildings and bridges from the large picture window. This is hands down our most favourite area to stay; right in the action yet without any street noise except the distant pleasant chiming of the Basiica bells. Every comfort available for a short or long stay, from a welcome and not-to-common lift to a well equiped kitchenette, including generously supplied paper towels and coffee, tea and condiments for cooking. All spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a washing machine! Marusca and Alberto were very communicative to queries and so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable for all the nuances of Florentine culture. Suggestions of awesome restaurants and where to get the best groceries was fantastic info and made us feel like locals. We can’t wait to stay again. Needless to say we loved it.

Great comms with property manager...very helpful Property is comfortable and has everything you need. The bottle of bubbles was a lovely gesture and was opened and enjoyed on Christmas day. Tea, coffee and sugar supplies were appreciated too. The kitchen although small, we were able to cook a few meals in there. Location of the property is amazing - central to everything. We walked everywhere - train station, supermarket, places of interests etc.
