BUYER BEWARE - luggage storage false advertising

**BUYER BEWARE**
False claim of luggage storage made check out stressful and risky. Hotels.com listing includes luggage storage but you're only told by text on check in that there's no luggage storage option on check out.
Offering luggage storage at check in but not at check out means they have the facilities to store your luggage but refuse to on check out. Instead they direct you to a sketchy paid storage option down the back alleys of Copacabana - increasing mugging risk while carrying all of your luggage and passport before you head for the airport.
Hotels.com partly to blame by allowing false listing claims about luggage storage. I encourage hotels.com to ban this listing for false advertising.
