This property is on four storeys with stairs between each and not within walking distance of any shops or cafes. If that's going to be a problem for you I'd not recommend this property.
For us it was perfect. We were travelling by car and the property was perfectly located mid way between Cologne and Bonn. It was an easy drive to both cities.
The house itself is beautifully fitted out and was more than comfortable for our family of two parents and three kids.
