Holiday rentals near Lougheed Town Centre

Great place to stay in a quiet street. Great Kitchen and laundry facilities. Cindy was very generous when there was a small power outage which was out of their control. Was a little hot in the apartment. There were 2 fans provided to help cool things down. Street parking available which was great for the rental car that we had.

Well what a little gem. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. There was everything you need and things you didnt know you need to you do ie; plastic containers. Ili was so easy to talk to and made us feel part of the family. We really felt we were locals as it really is the best part of Vancouver. (I reckon) Recommend this to anyone who wants to experience the real Vancouver Would come back in a heart beat

A great place to stay close to Lynn Canyon and a short 20 minute drive to Grouse Mountain. Lovely hosts were very accomodating and the courtyard garden was a perfect place to sit out and have coffee in the mornings. Some noise from the road but you couldn’t hear it from the bedrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked, even had coffee ground ready and waiting for us! Would stay again!

Excellent apartment in a location that suited us. The hosts were most welcoming and friendly. The apartment was well stocked with cooking equipment and basic condiments. The gardens are beautiful and well cared for. Spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Shopping and eating available nearby on Main Street.

Absolutely spot on! Great location , lovely accommodation , stunning views and lovely little extras like a well stocked pantry and fridge that just made it perfect. Very private and we highly recommend this delightful studio apartment for couples x thank you

Our Australian/Canadian son, daughter-in-law & grandson live in North Vancouver, so for a Christmas/New Year visit Jason & Melissa's basement suite was ideally situated only a short walk away. The suite is extremely comfortable and very well appointed, and very suitable for three Australian adult visitors. Large washer & dryer was also most welcome. The suite is also close to the main shopping area of Upper Lonsdale and many bus stops for many routes to downtown and other areas. The suite is well protected by a security system, and the keypad entry was most appreciated. Our stay was mostly seamless, with a couple of minor issues handled in good time and humour by our host. We visit North Van as often as we can and would definitely stay with Jason & Melissa again. We have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone else.

This was a beautifully set up apartment. Immaculate in cleanliness, equipped with everything we needed, it was a perfect place for our stay in Vancouver. We also loved the area, and enjoyed local restaurants and shops! The owners were a delight to deal with. So hospitable and helpful! We will definitely be recommending this one!
