Holiday rentals near Castellammare del Golfo Beach

Philippe the host is an outstanding person who just wants your time at his beautiful house to be perfect. He is extremely helpful, a great communicator and made our time there amazing. We would recommend any group to stay whether it be families or couples as the house is comfortable, clean with great AC, cooking facilities and the outside and pool area with view, fantastic. Used the pool a lot and headed out from the house on day trips which Philippe helped organise. He also took us food shopping on the first day and helped us with all the good Italian food for the area. Also helped organise a barber appointment, boat day trip, advice on the area, lent a bike - fantastic person. Beach is close by which is great and it is up and down a steep hill which gives you the great view. We walked to the beach with our 11 and 13 year old kids but there isn’t pathways so younger kids/elderly would need a taxi or hire car. Same to get into the town. Small good supermarket close by for an adult to walk to. Can’t recommend highly enough as this place is one of the best we have stayed in and Phillips is the best host we have ever had! Thank you Phillips for a perfect holiday!

We absolutely loved our three night stay at Giovanna’s place. It is basically in Scopello, the shops and beach being a one minute drive north, and the southern entrance to Zingaro less than ten minutes. The house is situated up on the cliffs overlooking the marvellous Sicilian coast and Tyrrhenian Sea. There is a private staircase down to the water where we had ritual morning and late afternoon swims. Expect mesmerising sunsets and sunrises. The house itself is simple and cozy, but was adequate, particularly given we spent most of out time outdoors. THe kitchen is basic, but we still cooked three delicious dinners. Giovanna is the sweetest host who met us personally at check-in, and kissed us goodbye at checkout. Can’t recommend this place more.
