Holiday rentals near New Zealand Maritime Museum

Beautifully appointed apartment with spectacular views in a great location close to brilliant bars and restaurants However be aware the apartment is affected by noise in the early hours of the morning. It is extremely loud on the weekends- be aware that some establishments have liquor licenses until 4 am and the noise from those places can be disruptive whilst trying to sleep. Check in process needs review. There was some confusion about the charges paid for our stay.. We paid in full upfront some months prior to our stay.Unknown Credit card charges appeared the day of our arrival .There was no communication to support this. This was a bond charge as we later found out. We also discovered that the check in portal required yet another bond payment. However the team swiftly responded and resolved the issue for us

We based our family holiday in Viaduct Harbour, Auckland. We arrived with Kim meeting us to show us through the amazing apartment, it ticked all the boxes for us as a family, fantastic location and view, beautiful eating places underneath and Woolies is walking distance, great apartment with all the luxuries you need and more. I would give this place a 10/10 on every aspect, thank you Kim, it was wonderful.
