Beautiful house, great host, fantastic views

Richelle was a great host; the house was well prepared, including milk and coffee pods. She made sure the heating was on for our arrival which was quite nice! The views, as the title of the property says, are amazing, looking out over the bay. It's located in McAndrew Bay on the peninsula, and it's a quick drive back into Dunedin, or further down the peninsula to see the seals and sea lions. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Superb stay at Eagle's Nest

We stayed 4 nights at Eagle's Nest mid May 2025. The house was perfect for the two of us. Great views with plenty of space, lovely fireplace for the evenings plus additional heating for the crisp mornings. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Clean and comfortable. Convenient location for sightseeing and shopping. Parking available in the driveway. We'd definitely stay again and will recommend to family and friends.

The photos don't do this place justice!It is a lot bigger than expected, beautiful leafy outlook, quiet and had everything we needed for our 2 nights in Dunedin.It is a bit of a hill to and from town, but Dunedin is a hilly place. Would stay again and would recommends
