This apartment offers chic French style in the epicentre of St Remy. It is next door to the birthplace of Nostradamus. The apartment, has a smart kitchen and dining area . The kitchen was well equiped with all the necessary utensils and crockery. The lounge and bed area was spacious and well presented with great furniture, and a tv. Overall, it was very comfortable, very Provençal and secure. The location was perfect, right next to a great cafe in the centre of town. We loved our week there and found that Claude and Gilles were fantastic hosts, very helpful and caring. The town of St Remy has alot to offer in restaurants, shopping and sights. It was amazing to be able to step out of our front door right into the middle of the huge market on a Wednesday morning. The apartment was very pleasant with natural light and with an aircon

Our hosts were lovely and very helpful during our stay; they helped with countless tourist questions and also provided us with a wonderful personal experience. The location couldn’t have been better, situated within the walls of the beautiful old town of Saint Remy. Everything about our September stay was wonderful; being able to walk out to all tourist spots, restaurants and the twice weekly markets was heaven. Saint Remy is well placed for accessing all of the hillside towns you would hope to visit whilst enjoying a month in Provence and our hosts provided secure parking for our rental car, not an insignificant plus given parking restrictions. Thank you Patricia and Gilles for making our stay so memorable.

Centrally located, close to supermarkets and only a 15 minute stroll into central St Remy. This property is possibly the best accommodation that we have experienced during our 5 weeks touring through Europe. Extremely clean throughout, quality appliances and comfortable beds. Apartment has been completely renovated the bathroom is excellent equipped with a washing machine which is very convenient. The advantage of being able to have a swim in the inviting pool every afternoon was a bonus. The welcome provided by Thierry and his partner was very special which displayed a commitment to the quality of the overall experience. We will certainly be recommending this property to our Australian friends and will return in the future

We have just enjoyed a month in the delightful ‘la Garçonière’ during summer. It is spacious, very comfortable and decorated with fabulous style and a mix of quality furniture and art - old, new and quirky. The entire apartment is very well appointed - in particular, the range and quality of kitchen/dining equipment and tableware are outstanding. The rooftop terrace is a bonus and we often relaxed with a glass of rosé under the stars enjoying the cooling air after warm days. The location is perfect - everything you might want to do or see in the village is just steps away. Saint Remy is a lively village with plenty of activities especially during the summer, and it’s an ideal base for exploring Provence. Communication with Thierry was excellent - he very responsive both before, during and after our stay (our security deposit was refunded very quickly) and the information provided about the house, directions, parking in the village was very helpful. We highly recommend la Garçonière for a comfortable and authentic stay at Saint Remy.
