Holiday rentals near Akra Agia Eirini

My wife and teenage daughter and I stayed at the villa for 4 days in July and it suited our needs perfectly!! Centrally located making it convenient for Fira, Oia and the beaches at Perissa and Kamara. Our host, Mery, was super helpful especially with restaurant recommendations and transport around the island as we didn’t rent a car. The pool with the villa was a great plus for all of us as were the great restaurant choices within easy walking distance. A beautiful place in a great location - definitely would stay at Cavern House Anthea again!!

A spectacular view from a chic little apartment. Perfect for a couple or small family. The steps to and from the apartment are somewhat steep and busy with tourists, but the destination is worth the journey. Sadib the porter was a godsend for our bags and Nicholas was the consummate host.

Excellent communication with the property manager prior to arrival and throughout the stay. They were available and quick to respond, and offered good suggestions for things to do, including making bookings for us. Transport from the airport was arranged and worked great with rental cars delivered the next morning. One thing to be aware of is that there is a steep ascent with steps from the car parking to the property and Pyrgos in general. It is not wheel chair accessible, and you need to be ready for a short but significant climb to the property carrying all your belongings with you. This was not a problem for us, but it could be good if this was mentioned in the property description. The fridge was well stocked on arrival to take us through until we could go to a supermarket. There are several good restaurants in Pyrgos within walking distance. Particularly Xeporto at the Ikio Concept can be recommended. We will highly recommend this property and Pyrgos for a family or small group of friends that are looking for a quiet place for a vacation. Many thanks to Caroline and Ester. We have a fabulous stay at the twin cave house for our family of 4. Perfect location and very well set up for everything you need. Wonderful!

We stayed for a week in this excellent villa which is private, quiet and well located. All necessary facilities were available, the villa was very clean and well maintained and Anna was helpful and provided useful sightseeing tips. An excellent base to explore the island and somewhere you can escape the bustle of Oia and Fira. A car is highly recommended.
