Had a truly fantastic time in Innsbruck. The apartment was immaculate and extremely well positioned. Easy walk from the train station, with a number of supermarkets close. Alfred was great in supplying us with ideas of what we should see and local knowledge. The mountains are breathtaking and it snowed which was great for us aussies. Clean city and easy to navigate. We only stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is central to the train station, close enough to the city centre and amenities. The apartment was clean , spacious with a small kitchenette and a above average mini fridge. We loved the moka and they even provided ground coffee!! Self service towels etc was a plus but the access to their washing machine was the massive bonus. Everything is provided here! It was a nice break from hotels used in the past weeks. Communication was fast with responses provided quickly. Check in information was detailed and accurate. We arrived early before check in time and were able to access our room. Thank you Urban inn.
