Our recent stay at this stunning chalet in The Crescent at Big White was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we booked, owners David and Matt were incredibly helpful, responding with lightning speed and courtesy to any questions or requests. Their friendly and accommodating approach made our trip even more enjoyable.The chalet itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable family ski holiday. The little touches—like hand warmers for those chilly days on the slopes and essential toiletries in case you forgot something—really set this place apart.The location is fantastic, offering true ski-in, ski-out access, making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes. Plus, the short stroll to the village centre meant we had easy access to dining, shopping, and après-ski activities without sacrificing the peaceful, cozy atmosphere of the chalet.The layout is perfect for families, with bunk beds that the kids loved and televisions in every room, providing space to relax and unwind after a long day on the mountain. Whether gathering in the inviting living area or taking a quiet moment in your own space, the chalet is designed for comfort and convenience.Overall, this was one of the best ski accommodations we’ve experienced. From the outside the building is nothing special, but walking into Janet and Terry’s unit instantly the investment they’ve put into the place is evident. Beautiful decor, homely touches and the most comprehensive amount of everything a traveller could need.Janet is commmunicative, sympathetic and responsive: everything you need in a good host.Had a wonderful time at The Moguls and really want to return: the first thing we asked each other upon entering was “can we live here?”Thank you Janet and Terry, for opening up your well-loved home in the mountains.

This property was like a home away from home. It was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms, had comfortable sleeping areas and stunning views. The spa was a godsend after a cold day on the slopes and even though it was a little far from the village, the shuttle at the end of the street was great. Ski out was fine, but ski in was a bit difficult for our beginner skiiers. Shuttle to the rescue! Communication with the host was fantastic and I would happily stay here again! The apartment was excellent in every way. Very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub was well used. The best part was the view of the slopes, especially for the night skiing. This was especially appreciated as one of our group was injured early in our stay and the view kept him entertained. The walk to the village centre was fine and the shuttle bus provided an excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend this place for a stay at Big White. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

Fantastic location, walk across the road and you are on the hummingbird ski run. Either ski down to the plaza or ridge lift, or a very short walk up the run to the village. Garage for storing all your ski gear.4 level house - middle level is the entry lounge dining kitchen hot tub and powder room, Lower level is 2 bedrooms bathroom tv area laundry (with commercial washer dryer which were brilliant). The upper level is main bedroom den bathroom. Then top loft area is a bedroom.The house is extremely well provisioned. Super clean and everything works well. Only feedback is that it is a little dark inside (we were there during winter) so bring a booklight for reading. Thank you to Dominic for a wonderful stay.

Amazing!

We were a group of two families totaling 12 and we had plenty of room for everyone. The chalet is well stocked with a lot of extras such as laundry detergent, condiments, dishes, garbage bags, wash up liquid and games. The chalet is about a 10 to 15 min walk to the village but a free shuttle bus leaves from across the road every 30 min. We were very lucky with the snow and skiing as the conditions most days were great, and everyone was impressed with the number of runs. Trevor was very helpful with any questions.
