Positives included great wifi and good instructions for access. Negatives ; a long list: 1. Sleep Quality: studio 1 right on footpath with no soundproofing so footsteps, voices and cars, rubbish 24 hours. Every car that exited carpark across road lights shone through the thin non block out curtains. 2. Comfort the most uncomfortable room ever with tiny uncomfortable couch and tiny desk in corner let alone having to climb up dangerous bookshelf stairs everyone you want to lay down.3. Poor design. The idea sounds cool but in reality nothing works. Getting in and out of a bed difficult and useless for 2 people or getting up during night is dangerous. Charging devices in bed and reaching the light switches is impeded by the bed frame itself. Nothing works well here: shower barely warm in mornings and terrible pressure, soap pumps in shower difficult to use and list goes on. Never did find the free washer dryer and sorted out the garbage myself. The housekeeping was actually not to bad considering what they are working with but all the decor stuff is dust and musty. Felt like staying in a teenagers bedroom at a relative’s house, more than a clean and tidy tourist digs. Never again. Avoid if you lack mobility, are bigger than average person and want a good night’s sleep.
