The house was exactly as described but the interior finishes exceeded our expectations. The rear east facing garden area was an added bonus.
The only point to beware of is that parking in the street is hard to get, however parking is available a few streets away.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Edinburgh. I would highly recommend the house as it was stylish and comfortable with everything you could want for a pleasant stay. Robin was an excellent host, being able to be contacted when needed and checking in to ensure all was in order. The house is conveniently located close to major attractions and good eateries.
