Amérique holiday rentals

We stayed a month in Maryvonne’s apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had everything we needed- kitchen, linen etc. The metro is right at the front door and the RER is a short walk away. Great view from the 17th floor balcony and efficient lift in building. We felt very safe at all times. The area is not all touristy - we shopped and lived like locals. Maryvonne is an excellent host. When we had an issue with the wifi she responded immediately and saw that the problem was fixed. I would not hesitate in recommending her apartment for your stay in Paris!

Clean, modern and location is fabulous. Metro Station is perfect. Food is good and easily accessible

This is a marvellous property, where four of us (all retired people) spent three weeks in October 2018. We were one couple and two singles, with the singles using the two bedrooms and sharing the bathroom on one level, and the couple occupying the en-suite bedroom on the top level. This was ideal for us, without feeling crowded. The property is set within a complex of apartment houses all facing a beautifully green internal courtyard. It was very friendly, quiet and secure, in a bustling and culturally very diverse neighbourhood. The owners, Annie and Rémy, were there to greet us when we arrived, and very helpful in explaining where things were and how things worked. They were charming. The apartment is on multiple levels with staircases, and was exactly as described and pictured on the website. We had all the facilities we needed, and no major problems during our stay. I have no hesitation in recommending Annie and Remy’s property - we had a lovely time!

We had a wonderful time staying in Chris' apartment. It is charming with views over rooftops, and well equipped with everything we needed. We comfortably slept four, folding out the sofa at night. Location was great, it was quiet enough to have breathing space after a busy day in the city centre, which is only a short walk and metro ride away. Plenty to explore nearby too! Chris was very accommodating and helpful in the check in process, as was his neighnour at check out. He always replied promptly. Sound funnels up a bit, so if you're a very light sleeper you might wake up if there's a commotion outside, but overall I would highly recommend staying here!
