We loved our stay in Rome and were delighted with our accommodation. Anna’s place is homely and very comfortable, and it’s in a great location. We appreciated Anna’s very warm welcome, especially given we made an error with our anticipated arrival time and she had to wait for us at the house for hours. Anna was very gracious, and no request was too much trouble. We highly recommend Anna’s lovely place!

We booked this apartment because it had a 100% 10 out of 10 rating. How is this possible? Carlo and Alessandra are the most gracious and helpful hosts. This is their ancestral home and their pride in the area is only matched by the quality of the area. The trains, metro and buses are all close at hand but the proximity to so many of the historic areas of Rome means walking is a valid option.Carlo and Alessandra’s hospitality was expressed in so many ways. Like, taking off their shoes before showing us the apartment with no expectation we had to do the same “because the cleaned floor is now yours”; and showing us the best restaurants, bars, gelato shops etc. within a short walk of the apartment. There was so much more but I do not want to spoil the excitement of discovery when you visit.10 out of 10 …. no problem.

We had a wonderful stay here, clean apartment with comfy beds and everything you could poss it want in the kitchen. Bonus supermarket downstairs of the building! Location is very close to the metro and only a few stops into the more touristy areas. Paolo was responsive and helpful and his tips on local places to eat were excellent.

The little street the apartment block is situated in may initially be underwhelming, the apartment itself was very clean, and spacious and well equipped. Contact and support from the host was easy to access.

Beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Testaccio.
The owner was amazing and no issue or question was to great. The information folders and tips available at the apartment were excellent resources.
We stayed in the apartment for 1 month. It was lovely and quite and good for sleeping at night.
All appliances were available that are required for a comfortable stay. It was obvious that the owner had taken care in appointing the apartment.
Testaccious is a local Roman community and has 2 Piazzas to enjoy
Grocery stores, 2 butchers, hairdressers, pharmacy, gelateriad, restaurants, bars (cafe)… All you need can be found in Testaccio and close to the apartment.
Pyramide Metro and Porta San Paolo stations nearby. For easy access to Roman sites and also to the beautiful beaches if you get time (takes about and hour).
Overall 5 star for property owner, apartmento and location

Apartment fit all 11 of us comfortably. It was clean, spacious and plenty of space. Bathrooms were modern, beds comfortable and building secure. Great food hall about 10 min walk away called Eataly-don't miss it!! So convenient to get to all the major attractions and to Termini. Highly recommend
