The location was perfect for our requirements, Annie was a fantastic host, she couldn’t have been nicer and or more helpful. We were unaware there was 4 flights of steps and although this is probably not an issue for most people at times it stopped us coming and going more often.
Very central to all transport. I was greeted at the door and felt very welcomed. Greeted above and beyond with French stick bread , croissants , jams and provisions that would last for my stay for bewakfast s , very cozy and loved all bathroom the ammentaties supplied also. A very comfortable stay 🙂👍

This apartment is in a fabulous location close to the Pompidou Centre and in The Marais/Beaubourg district of Paris about a 10 minute stroll to the Paris Hotel de Ville. There is a Metro station (Rambuteau) very close, as well as a food store with all the provisions you could want, a pharmacy and lots of specialty shops for bread, wine, cheeses, patisserie, charcuterie, and lots of restaurants and eateries. This is an exciting and lively part of Paris.
The apartment is clean, has all the conveniences you need and is ideal for a couple. It is quite small and compact, but comfortable and the two large opening windows overlooking the street let in lots of natural light and air. It is romantic in a snug, bohemian sort of way. We are a couple in our early 70’s but active and we found this very much to our liking for nine nights. However the apartment is on the fourth floor, which people with mobility issues could find challenging, although there is an elevator once you get yourself and your bags to the first floor (a tiny elevator for 2 people or one person with luggage).
One of the best things about this apartment is the owner, Louis, who is extremely helpful. He met us there and showed us how everything worked, then walked us around the local streets showing us where things were and made excellent recommendations for where to buy food, restaurants, where the taxi rank was, etc. - worth the fee he asks for meeting you and showing you around. Merci Louis!
I would recommend this property to any group of 2 or 3 people. I stayed there with my 16 year old granddaughter. It is well situated and although small, very comfortable as it is well organised. Louis organised our travel to and from Gare du Nord which was seamless. He also showed us around the neighborhood and made us familiar with the property itself. Great view of the Eiffel Tower especially when it glitters at night after 11pm.
The kitchen is small but quite adequate and the beds are comfortable. No air conditioning but a good breeze through the big windows.
Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the tube station is not far away
Altogether a very good experience.
Outstanding- would highly recommend this property for a stay in Paris. Plenty of space, great location for everything that you want to see in Paris, loads of great local cafes, boulangeries, restaurants and bars, plenty of great shopping. Timi, the host was first class, helpful , available, but not intrusive - he made sure we had all we needed. Stay here… you will not regret it.
