Nice little place to stay. We had dinner at The sand Tavern which was 15 mins away. The place is like it's in the country but close to urban facilities. Love it.

Right on the river

lovely staff price did not reflect the view! If your after somewhere cheap that’s right on the river than check out this place. Be careful parking it’s a bit tight and be prepared for a few stairs but honestly that’s the the only two things if I was being picky?! Room had full fridge and kitchen and you can order from a divine selections of menus in house dining from all around the sunny coast to your door!!! Bed comfortable and room spacious again that comes with more generous room size of older apartment - balcony is small but it’s on the river and the price is so cheap one is nitpicking to even mention that as it’s more than large enough to spend a delightful evening over looking the river with a flash of your favourite. Staff first class!!!!!

A place to relax in garden setting

We could not have picked a better place to stay .Due to flight and taxi delays we arrived well past check in time but the two staff who stayed back for us were great .Welcomed us with big smiles and were very helpful , check in then was easy . Our one bedroom bungalow was st in a lovely tropical style garden and all bungalows spaced for privacy .A little bit like being in Bali or Fiji . Inside was well furnished with mini kitchen ,microwave ,toaster ,oven and fridge n freezer ,crockery for 4 and plenty of cooking ware . Very clean ,a little lounge area , bedroom and ensuite with plenty of hot water . Parking was close by bungalow . Whilst a more : up market " resort suits some we loved the fact that we had no noise from above [ furniture being move etc ] no corridoor noise or doors banging just peace and quiet . A car is an assett but a bus stop is outside on main road , yo do need a tranlink pass though .Hotel also just a short walk which is river front and bottle shop .. Did not stay in one as booked out but the river front bungalows looked Really good too . For general shopping we found the Bli Bli shopping centre handy , IGA .chemist , butchers etc etc .
