Wonderful location and so easy with regard to arrangements

The location was fantastic and the views incredible. The facilities, including very spacious apartment, two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, and parking were so convenient.

The property was exactly as description and photos.

Everything about this place was amazing from communication with owner, easy check-in, location, cleanliness, every convenience you could want, style & that view! Can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

The manager is friendly, courteous and professional. Hopefully she will let me return for another stay there.

This is the perfect property if you’re looking to stay in Brisbane. It’s within walking distance and/or a ferry ride to the CBD and the major city attractions. Howard Smith Wharves are a 5 minute walk as is Riverside and both have lots of eating options. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has the basics provided- tea, coffee, bathroom supplies, washing powder etc. The host also provided lots of information regarding things to do, recommended restaurants and cafes and ways to get around the city which was extremely useful. Highly recommend.

Lovely views, very beautiful comfortable and clean, and good communication from host. Neighbours were quiet and I slept well. And the Continental Cafe is an easy short walk away. Just two things were an inconvenience for me. There is no car park for this apartment, not even for one car, so I had to park on the street down the road which is worrying security-wise but it also meant I had to walk a few blocks back and forth carrying luggage etc. Also the check-in process involved first collecting the keys/fob from a convenience store in Brunswick St, which is a vey busy main street. This was stressful for me because although I found the store fairly easily, it was very difficult to find a carpark nearby. There is a small carpark next door to the store, but it was full and I had to to drive around looking for somewhere to park, probably because it was a Friday afternoon. What a relief to finally find a park and get the key! Apart from these two problems, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Just a note... Did booking on laptop and received confirmations/checkin procedures etc on my laptop but couldn't log onto / respond to owner through laptop. Only realised later that these type of bookings better to do on iphone to get through it all... Bookers should be made aware of this on the Stayz website.
