The unit is very well appointed, comfortable and in a fantastic location in the middle of Milan offering easy access to the sights and transport options. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, comfortable apartment, lots of thoughtful details with everything we needed

We had an excellent 4 night stay at Maria’s apartment. Everything was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and modern with air conditioning and sound proof windows. It was perfectly located to walk to the trains/trams and local restaurants. Maria was lovely, she went above and beyond, meeting us when we arrived (and departed!), helping with our luggage and sharing her tips for the city. We would highly recommend this apartment for a perfect stay in Milan. Thank you Maria!

I would recommend this apartment to our family and friends without any hesitation. This apartment in Como was perfect in everyway except one. The apartment is not airconditioned. Putting aside the lack of airconditioning, we could not have been happier. The host, Veronica, was generous with her time and knowledge of Como. She met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment - which was very close to the train station. Not that you could hear the trains going to and from the station from the apartment. The apartment is a two level apartment was located on the first floor in a very clean, tidy secured apartment complex. The apartment was perfect for up to 6 people with every modern convenience you could wish for including a washing machine. The beds in the apartment were all very comfortable. We were in Como in mid July 2023 and it got a bit hot some days. Whilst it would have been nice to have returned to an airconditioned apartment, we found that the apartment was able to be cooled enough with open windows and fans. We will return to Como again soon and will definitely stay in this apartment if it is available. Thank you to Veronica. You were an amazing host.

We enjoyed a two night stay here. The apartment was very well equipped and clean. Monica is a fantastic host and her communication with us was excellent. Trams very close by and less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. Nice shops and cafes around. Would recommend if you are looking for an apartment in a good area and not too far away from main sites.

We had a great time at Casa Margherita 2 in Como. It is a nice stroll to the centre of the city. Set in lovely gardens and surroundings, it felt very calming and was wonderful to hear the birds singing. It was ideal to be able to sit in the garden and enjoy a glass of complimentary wine. Thank you! Gigliola was very kind and helpful, explaining things well. She suggested restaurants and nearby supermarkets etc and kindly organised transport for us to Milan when we left. Many thanks Gigliola and Adriano! We hope to return.
