FLORIO'S COURT AT THE SCALA luxury apartment

Luxurious apartment with pieces of design in the center of Milan, between Piazza della Scala and the Brera district, located on the second floor of an elegant building.
There is access to a large living room composed of a conversation area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a finely furnished shower, laundry with washing machine and dryer. TV and WI FI available for free throughout the house.
The exhibition is on a graceful inner courtyard.
The apartment has just been completely renovated and has been studied in detail. It is luxurious, welcoming and suitable both for visiting the city and for being used for business.
It consists of a large living area consisting of living area suitable for conversation and relaxation, a dining area with a large table in front of a modern and equipped kitchen that will allow you to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
The sleeping area, completely independent from the living area, consists of three double bedrooms, two with balcony and all with television.
In the bathrooms you will find the Maison Margela courtesy line.

Four of us stayed in this three bedroom/two bath unit for a weekend in March. The location was perfect to walk to the historic area. The unit was well appointed, including both a washer AND dryer (which is rare in Europe). The windows with three balconies faced the large inner courtyard which let in a lot of light, but kept the street noise at bay.The unit was decorated very nicely. There is an elevator in the building. The owner was very responsive and was flexible with our last minute itinerary changes.I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again when in Milan.

Everything was as stated. Great location and very clean. Only concern and it is huge. I have a bad back. The sofa in the living room is way too low. It was impossible for me try try and sit down because of it. Three others in our group of 4 found it too low and uncomfortable toolnle. too.

Plenty of space and very well appointed apartment. Air conditioning worked really well and all the supplies we needed were there. Beds were comfortable and location was perfect - lots of restaurants etc nearby and the duomo area was only a few minutes walk.
