Holiday rentals near Ferretto Square

Stepping into this apartment felt like returning home. It was clean, spacious, close to a water bus stop & had a fabulous view.I loved it.Rita was a great host & I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay away from the manic crowds, yet walking distance if you wish. Loved the local feel of the area. And do eat at “very good”.. it too is amazing.

Very clean and comfortable with good security. The location is excellent making it easy to walk or catch a ferry to all the main attractions. Paolo was a great host and very willing to help in any way possible.

This property was all we dreamt of. Giovanna was a friendly host. Communications with her were easy and helpful. Would recommend this lovely apartment with a view.

Always sad to leave Venice but the compensation was staying in Martin’s wonderful apartment. Great location, beautifully presented and very considerate host. The bed alone deserves its own gold award!

We stayed for 2 nights and wished we had more. The location is 5 star with so many fantastic local restaurants so very close by. Even better though is the stunning courtyard which opens directly onto the canal. We started our days there drinking coffee and ended our days there with afternoon pre-dinner drinks, the perfect place to stay.

Charming and very responsive host, great apartment right on the lagoon, away from the tourist crowds. Murano is little Venice, with some quaint places to eat.

This lovely apartment is everything that the photos promise. Set in a quiet section of Cannaregio, it is close to a selection of good restaurants, a well stocked supermarket,a beautiful indoor swimming pool and good transport links. Marta is a sincere and thoughtful host who not only made us feel welcomed but also tuned into our creative interests and fully explained what Venice had to offer. The apartment is full of very personal touches and being a classical musician, I was surprised to see a well stocked CD library. All of the rooms have outlook with some views of the canal which is the result of the apartment being on the top floor. It also is an apartment flooded with natural light, unlike many of the apartments in Venice which can be dark. The last set of stairs might be a little challenging for older guests hauling baggage, but we are in our late 60's and managed without too much trouble. Lovely fresh linen is used on a comfortable bed and the bathroom is modern and very clean. We both felt very much at home in this apartment and certainly enjoyed escaping from the tourist chaos of the popular attractions. Totally satisfied guests.
