Only negative was Luggage storage room was not labelled but some other tourists told showed us that the code worked on a “staff only” room next to main entrance which was the luggage room, otherwise we would not have found it. Had to contact Bob W to get check in ref as hotels.com ref did not work, however communication was prompt and advance check in easy.
