Fantastic view of the Fireworks for New Years Eve.
We were upgrade to a two bedroom apartment on the 8th Floor which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment needed tea towels for drying the dishes and hand towels in the bathroom. In Phnom Penh construction is everywhere and next door there is a large apartment block being constructed, it may end up being taller than Mansion 51, which will block the view for apartments (02). The construction starts at 8am and they continue to work under lights until 8.30pm. They finished earlier on New year's Eve 6pm. Were back the next day at 8am. The rooftop was fantastic for the fire works on New Years Eve. Our apartment was huge and we loved sitting on the balcony admiring the fantastic view.
