We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, convenient and quiet location. The supermarket is an easy stroll away, as well!

My friend and I loved this house during our stay in Hamilton. Was the perfect spot to walk around the town whilst stay on the outskirts of the city centre

Awesome setup, clean, tidy, easy

We loved the comfort, decor, facilities and nearness to shops and eateries. However, check in would have been improved by clearer instructions about the location being directly behind the next door property

Was wonderful to walk in and see such a well presented place, for such a great price. The hosts were extremely accommodating especially with amenities and even snacks Such a thing you wont get without an extra invoice in the city!). Property had a spacious Alfresco area and a large garden area to wander around. Parking was immediately next to the building. Superb Kitchenette and Bathroom area. Modern Amenities with large screen TV and Good WiFi. The location was fantastic only 3km's from the main city and essentials shopping, a few km's further to Hamilton CBD and there were some nice restaurants nearby. Very handy location, we were on our way back to Auckland from Mangakino (Lake Maraetai) in the lower Waikato. This gave us a wonderful chance to rest without the hectic pace of your typical city, and the quality was significantly better than our 4-star (supposedly) stay at Mercure Apts in Wellington. Highly recommend staying here. and would stay again
