We had one night in the Devonport area after coming off the Spirit of Tasmania, and the Red Door was a wonderful place to stay. Beth's communication before our visit was prompt and helpful, and we appreciated her restaurant recommendation. We also really appreciated being welcomed to check in early since the cottage booking schedule allowed for that. Breakfast was very nice--just what we'd requested.Definitely recommend the Red Door!

Boat harbour beach is so beautiful. A lovely few days away in Summer House… we come back every year!

A perfect spot for quiet relaxation, short drives to scenic spots and walks along the river, this accommodation catered to all my needs.

Absolutely breathtaking home, view,location, cleanliness, spacious ,everything you could possibly need was available,above & beyond our expectations! Our host David & Libby couldn’t do enough for us,I definitely recommend “White House” you won’t be disappointed, our only disappointment was we had to leave!

The cottage was beautifully presented and welcoming upon our arrival. Lisa & Brad have done a great job and it's obvious how much thought they've put into the place. It looks fantastic and has that real homely feel. We loved it.

The property was immaculate with stunning views of Boat Harbour Beach. Great location for visiting local attractions or just to chill out at the beach.

We arrived to a very nice heated house which was spotless and very welcoming. Once unpack the owner , Terry , arrived to great us and make sure very thing was ok. Very friendly and helpful owner. The house has beach front views and is very roomy with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It is a 5 minute walk to the shops which has an IGA , bakery, coffeehouse, information shop ,several restaurants and a pub. We had a meal at the pub , great atmosphere and food. Penguin is a great location for day trips to Stanley and the north west part of Tasmania. It is a 30 minute drive to Devonport to catch the Spirit of Tasmania. The owner ,Terry , made our last 4 days in Tasmania perfect with not only his charming house but also his friendly nature. Will be coming back to stay at “ sunrise at penguin “ again Thank you Terry

A lovely couple of days in a beautiful home. Julie is a great host - do yourself a favour when travelling Tassies north west coast and stay at Braddon House - walk to coffee and the Main Street where everything is at your door. Thank you Julie and Graham
