Holiday rentals near Porta San Francesco

Il Biroccio is nestled in the hills about 20 minutes from Urbino. It is a little slice of heaven - spectacular views in all directions, peace and silence, except for the birdsong, even a real cuckoo! The hosts are just as special as the location and treat you like a long lost friend. I had the luxury of being the only guest, this being the beginning of the season, so it was an extra unique experience. The hosts talked of this being a place to unplug and then recharge. I wished I could have stayed longer. The apartment itself was just what I needed - warm, well set up and with stunning views from the kitchen window. Would thoroughly recommend staying in this relaxing villa It had everything you needed for a family holiday Well equipped kitchen, good size bedrooms with en-suites and great family dining area The outside gardens were great to sit and relax in and there’s pool which if we’d been there when it was a little warmer we would have used A wood fired pizza oven was also another great option which we used one night The views from the villa were spectacular and changed colours throughput the day. We would love to come back and visit again one day. Sanselpolcro is a great local town with good supermarkets, restaurants and nearby villages to sight see
