This property offers absolutely everything. An extraordinary amount of thoughtfulness has been dedicated to the needs of guests. We were so impressed. Such a quaint, spacious and inviting cottage which was a pleasure to come home to at the end of each day. The owners are absolutely lovely and so approachable and caring. Only 3 or 4 mins drive to the cute village of Hawkeshead where there's a place to have coffee 'n cake, eat or meal or just have a mosey around. There is also a small supermarket and a baker. The next time we return to the Lake District we won't hesitate to stay at Coppice again.

This property is perfectly situated in Grasmere and Grasmere is perfectly situated in The Lake District , what more could you want. In addition this apartment is well provisioned with everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

I am visiting from Australia & I rented the property specifically for the location on Lake Windermere & to catch up with a school friend who I haven’t seen in person for 52 years! We had a super time the location was perfect. The property was excellent - a home away from home with everything supplied. The cabin was spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable just excellent and we would both thoroughly recommend.

This is a very special place to stay. The house is beautiful, tastefully styled with a gorgeous outlook. It has everything that you need including a great outdoor area. It is a close walk to dinner at Boland Bridge and the walks that Rebecca and Phil recommend are fantastic. I highly recommend this property and Rebecca and Phil were terrific hosts. Thank you!
