Holiday rentals near Lochs and Glens North Cycle Route

This is an excellent property. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and furnished. Both bedrooms and the lounge room are spacious and comfortable. Communication from the owner was clear and timely, and there were some lovely touches with high quality consumables provided.The location is excellent and within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. As with many places in Edinburgh, parking is not easy but the owner provided clear information on the best options for parking.

The house was exactly as described but the interior finishes exceeded our expectations. The rear east facing garden area was an added bonus. The only point to beware of is that parking in the street is hard to get, however parking is available a few streets away.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Edinburgh. I would highly recommend the house as it was stylish and comfortable with everything you could want for a pleasant stay. Robin was an excellent host, being able to be contacted when needed and checking in to ensure all was in order. The house is conveniently located close to major attractions and good eateries.

We loved our stay. Communication from the word go was fantastic. We received the warmest welcome ( including scones & cream). The log fire was a great bonus after a cold, wet round of golf at Crail on our first day. Plenty of room to dry out and warm up. The upstairs bedroom was a challenge for my husband but we reconfigured the furniture so that he could stand upright without hindrance!! The bathroom was roomy and well appointed. Plenty of power sources for this digital age! Washing machine was a great addition - we are on the road for 5 weeks and good to to get the washing done. We had some lovely sunshine and we’re able to take advantage of the garden for a lovely lunch with friends. We used this as a jumping off point for a week of golf and it was very well located. The community run cafe was a great asset - the Full Scottish bring a goodie before a round of golf. Coffee ( we’re coffee snobs) was really good and we had 2 cups every morning!! Tesco in Cupar or M&S Foodhall in St Andrew’s were both great for all our food needs! We’d love to return …….

We had a great stay at Martha’s Harbour. The property was beautifully presented with lovely harbour views. Parking was easy and the cottage allows easy access to the town and the coastal path. The patio area was great with amazing views across the Forth. Thankyou for having us.
