The home is modern and spotless with great amenities and very comfortable. Plenty of space to gather as a family but also places for individual quiet time. We had the most wonderful 2 week holiday at Pelican Sands. House and surrounds were perfect. Enjoyed lots of beautiful sundowners on the large jetty on the water. This was the first time we’d stayed river side and it did not disappoint. We loved it! House is equipped with everything you need. Short walk or even a cheeky bus ride into Hastings. Wouldn’t change a thing. Communication with Craig and Marion was effortless. Thank you for a fabulous stay. We’ll be back!!

100% the best for location and relaxation highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Very enjoyable. Our only negative comment would be the stairs down to the cottage with our little dog. Taking him up and down for his toileting needs especially during the night was awkward.
