Holiday rentals near Ancient Nikopolis

We are a family of 6 adults. The villa was a perfect size and beautifully located above Milos Bay Beach. We were warmly welcomed by our host Eva who assisted us with lots of information about the island etc The view is magnificent with outstanding sunsets. The beach is equally spectacular with turquoise blue water and relatively few people. Be warned there are around 300 steps to the beach ⛱️ but the villa has a terrific wet edge pool to cool off in after the climb back up. The villa is a 12 to 15 min walk into the local village, Agios Nikitos. It has at least a dozen restaurants to choose from and has a protected beach for families with small children. We drove to the village a few nights - 3 or4 mins but parking is at a premium. Over the course of a week we drove to a number of different beaches and restaurants in the southern part of the island. We would recommend a car if you are staying here. You can rent cars and motor scooters in the village. The local supermarket will also do deliveries if you need it. Overall a great place for a family holiday.
