The property is unpreposessing from the outside, a standard terrace on the busy Mumbles Road, however on the inside it is very modern and very well finished with modern finishings. The two double beds downstairsare very comfortable and a spacioius downstairs bathroom. Upstairs is well finished, with a well equiipped kitchen, good TV and good Wifi and another spacious bathroom. We did not use the outdoor areas which looked a bit cramped. We had no issues at all during our 4 night stay. Mumbles is looking good with the promenade being well refurbished. Swansea however appears to be degenerating somewhat and has a run down feel. Gower is always Gower, lovely walks done.
