Holiday rentals near Folsom Field

This is easily the best place we have ever stayed on holiday! We stumbled across it after being beaten down by expensive hotels in Denver downtown, and would recommend it strongly. Extremely good value for the price, quality amenities, very responsive hosts (they even came to come fix our tap within 30mins once it leaked!). Perfect location 15min drive up the canyon from Boulder. Kitchen is very well stocked with herbs, oil, microwave, oven, fridge. We were devestated to leave and will be coming back!

My stay at the property was awesome! The property is located close to NIST, UC, and the shops. It is easy to access by public transport. It is spacious, super clean and has fully equipped cooking facilities. The hosts are super, very easy to communicate with. Will definitely book again, when I am back in Boulder.

The apartment has everything you would need. A comfortable bed and linens, good space in the lounge area and kitchen, safe area with gated entrance and swimming pool for those hot days in Boulder. I was travelling on my own visiting relatives in Boulder and this was ideal for me. Just down the road on Broadway, there are buses taking you to different parts of town, or to the local Ideal Market for your food shopping. It is within walking distance to Pearl Street but in a quiet street away from tourists. The owners were quick to respond to a couple of questions and helpful in every way. The apartment is very comfortable and has air conditioning and a fan in the bedroom - was very helpful in the summer and made it that much more comfortable. The pool is an added bonus for summer as well and there is an outside sitting area which I used. The apartment was ideal for me and I would definitely stay here again.
