Our recent stay at this stunning chalet in The Crescent at Big White was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we booked, owners David and Matt were incredibly helpful, responding with lightning speed and courtesy to any questions or requests. Their friendly and accommodating approach made our trip even more enjoyable.The chalet itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable family ski holiday. The little touches—like hand warmers for those chilly days on the slopes and essential toiletries in case you forgot something—really set this place apart.The location is fantastic, offering true ski-in, ski-out access, making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes. Plus, the short stroll to the village centre meant we had easy access to dining, shopping, and après-ski activities without sacrificing the peaceful, cozy atmosphere of the chalet.The layout is perfect for families, with bunk beds that the kids loved and televisions in every room, providing space to relax and unwind after a long day on the mountain. Whether gathering in the inviting living area or taking a quiet moment in your own space, the chalet is designed for comfort and convenience.Overall, this was one of the best ski accommodations we’ve experienced. By far the best equiped property i have stayed in, every thing is top end, if you like to cook the kitchen is amazing with more mod cons than my own home.The place is extreemly clean and beds very comfortable, ski in ski out location is great.Very impressed would definitely stay again.

This property was like a home away from home. It was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms, had comfortable sleeping areas and stunning views. The spa was a godsend after a cold day on the slopes and even though it was a little far from the village, the shuttle at the end of the street was great. Ski out was fine, but ski in was a bit difficult for our beginner skiiers. Shuttle to the rescue! Communication with the host was fantastic and I would happily stay here again! Amazing!

We were a group of two families totaling 12 and we had plenty of room for everyone. The chalet is well stocked with a lot of extras such as laundry detergent, condiments, dishes, garbage bags, wash up liquid and games. The chalet is about a 10 to 15 min walk to the village but a free shuttle bus leaves from across the road every 30 min. We were very lucky with the snow and skiing as the conditions most days were great, and everyone was impressed with the number of runs. Trevor was very helpful with any questions.
