Belgrave Station holiday rentals

We had such a great stay at Pemmy’s. The home is spacious and large with comfortable bed that suited our group of 15 people. Kids loved the play room and our teenage kids enjoyed the retreat on the lower ground floor and mini golf. The fireplace made it cozy for winter. Super clean and loved the multiple retreat area in the home! It was perfect for us as it was so close to shops and playgrounds. City was merely 10 minutes drive. Pemmy is super responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back again

From the owners thoughtful communication prior to arrival to walking in the front door, every comfort is catered for. We arrived on a chilly day to a toasty warm cottage. Clear instructions were provided to use the heating, cooling, spa, finding extra towels etc. No guess work was required and meant we could settle in right away. The view is truly breathtaking, especially after dark. The bed linen and towels were top quality. The spa and shower are absolute highlights. We will be back again.

Amanda was a great host, very communicative and helpful. Provided us with a spare mattress which was really appreciated and gave us an option of an earlier check-in too. Space was really clean and had everything we needed. Good location, quiet and easy to find.

3 generations us Granddaughter and great granddaughter we had a wonderful time, visiting the animals at the sanctuary, Bruno's garden's at Marysville the weir with its huge wall and beautiful picnic area and the chocolate factory.The cottage was ideal had everything and only a short distance out of town . This was a return stay at Fountain Villa for my partner and I. An ideal location with all amenities easily accessible. Fountain Villa was very clean and provided everything one could need throughout the stay. No hesitation in highly recommending.

Absolutely loved our stay. The home is so cozy and homely with all new appliances. Bed linen and beds were very comfortable, the home has been decorated to perfection.
