Light filled spacious bedroom and private ensuite in a large modern and immaculate townhouse in the renowned Bayside area.

There are lovely courtyards gardens on the property to enjoy.
Property location is positioned in wholesome neighborhood with plenty of unrestricted parking, surrounded by a plethora of parks, beaches, down to earth or up-market shops, restaurants and bustling cafes to explore. Golfing, Tennis, Soccer and Yachting easily accessible within the neighborhood.

I live here and sharing the home with me is easy as I enjoy meeting new people and sharing travel experiences and recommendations whilst also respecting your privacy too. I have my own areas where i spend my time in this large spacious home.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

The house is comfortable and the owner is very nice. The neighborhood is beautiful, with shops, a train station and tram nearby. Despite the noise from the highway, my stay was great, I recommend it.
