Holiday rentals near La Villasse

This gîte was the best we have ever stayed in, and we come to France regularly. It was exactly as described and shown in the photos, but even better. It is a beautifully designed house with so many special touches - certainly not just your usual holiday let. The gîte was beautifully clean throughout and felt like a home away from home. We had two wonderful weeks here and were sorry to leave. The accomodation was excellent: The kitchen and dining area led onto the courtyard. Our joy was to come home after a day's touring and enjoy our apéro sitting in the courtyard admiring the view of the cliffs with chateau perched on top. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and even included a Delonghi coffee maker. Downstairs there was a very comfortable and large living room with a view. The two bedrooms (both ensuite) were separated allowing for privacy - ideal if you are couples travelling together. There was even a separate laundry. Both bedrooms had comfortable Queen sized beds and the ensuites were stylish as well as functional. Air conditioning was available on both levels. The location was superb with so many enjoyable day trips from Le Beaucet. Lots of opportunity for walks from here too. The village itself was lovely, with the gîte just inside the ramparts. While the gîte was superb, what made this stay truly special was the welcome we received, and continued to receive, from Catherine the owner.
