Holiday rentals near Vélodrome de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines

We adored this apartment, and our hosts, Sophie and Francois, were so friendly and welcoming, and genuinely cared about their guests. The apartment, as other reviewers have said, is beautifully decorated, and close to everything you need. We also found it to be very quiet. The little treats left for us were very much appreciated, and not having to go out straight away to buy basic supplies is a real plus when arriving in a new city. Sophie was very quick to respond to messages, very flexible with arrangements, and there is a wealth of information about Paris provided in the apartment. A very enjoyable stay!

Very central to all transport. I was greeted at the door and felt very welcomed. Greeted above and beyond with French stick bread , croissants , jams and provisions that would last for my stay for bewakfast s , very cozy and loved all bathroom the ammentaties supplied also. A very comfortable stay 🙂👍

This apartment is in a fabulous location close to the Pompidou Centre and in The Marais/Beaubourg district of Paris about a 10 minute stroll to the Paris Hotel de Ville. There is a Metro station (Rambuteau) very close, as well as a food store with all the provisions you could want, a pharmacy and lots of specialty shops for bread, wine, cheeses, patisserie, charcuterie, and lots of restaurants and eateries. This is an exciting and lively part of Paris. The apartment is clean, has all the conveniences you need and is ideal for a couple. It is quite small and compact, but comfortable and the two large opening windows overlooking the street let in lots of natural light and air. It is romantic in a snug, bohemian sort of way. We are a couple in our early 70’s but active and we found this very much to our liking for nine nights. However the apartment is on the fourth floor, which people with mobility issues could find challenging, although there is an elevator once you get yourself and your bags to the first floor (a tiny elevator for 2 people or one person with luggage). One of the best things about this apartment is the owner, Louis, who is extremely helpful. He met us there and showed us how everything worked, then walked us around the local streets showing us where things were and made excellent recommendations for where to buy food, restaurants, where the taxi rank was, etc. - worth the fee he asks for meeting you and showing you around. Comfortable apartment with access to an outdoor courtyard located in a vibrant and safe part of Paris. Great hosts who made you feel at home. All you need is at your doorstep: loads of trendy bars and restaurants, clothing and jewellery stores, security car park around the corner. Bus stop and metro a short walk away. We are a family of 4 incl 2 young children and would highly recommend.

Outstanding- would highly recommend this property for a stay in Paris. Plenty of space, great location for everything that you want to see in Paris, loads of great local cafes, boulangeries, restaurants and bars, plenty of great shopping. Timi, the host was first class, helpful , available, but not intrusive - he made sure we had all we needed. Stay here… you will not regret it.

Fantastic position you can walk to the eiffel tower in 20 mins. Great little supermarket next door and bakery a few doors up has the best crossiants. Communication was excellent and the place itself is smal and clean, worked well for the four of us. Thank you Dennis and Annegret for a great stay
