Holiday rentals near Cappella del Barolo

We have been renting holiday properties in Italy for over 20 years and this is one of the best villas we have stayed at. The views across the valley to the Alps are magnificent. The location is central to Asti, Alba and even Acqua Terme is not that far away. You will need a car. It’s a 5 minute drive or 6km walk round trip to Costigliole. It has all the amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. 6 adults stayed very comfortably in this 3 bedroom property. The bedrooms are big and serviced by 2 upstairs bathrooms, one with a built in shower and the other has a bath with hand held shower nozzle. The bathroom downstairs has a built in shower as well. We were a family group, so no trouble sharing the upstairs/downstairs showers. Downstairs also has kitchen, dining room and lounge, all big and bright. We never felt crowded in the property. Heating was really good with underfloor heating as well. Has a fireplace plus central heating. Would be an excellent winter rental for Christmas. Villa well decked out. Kitchen fully equipped but could do with a toaster and microwave (I think the owner fixing this). Nice furniture throughout, including outdoor furniture on the deck and a BBQ. High quality property. It’s big, plenty of room for a family, good wifi and Netflix, high quality HD TV, great location, outdoor dining areas, and big views. Jeen the owner was prompt and a pleasure to deal with. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again and look forward to returning.
