Holiday rentals near University of Hawaii at Hilo Performing Arts Center

The layout of the house was ideal for a mixed group, so a friend had a large bedroom and bathroom to herself, my partner and I had the master with ensuite and my daughter, her partner and 1 yo had the downstairs large studio with ensuite. Everyone had a great personal space and the large kitchen, living and lanai were perfect for getting together. The kitchen had absolutely everything you'd want in a fully equipped home, right down to a slow cooker and an excellent range of utensils, plus plenty of crockery and flatware so that we didn't need to run the dishwasher after every meal. We would have loved an electric kettle but we got used to boiling a stove top kettle. Having some pantry items and condiments etc. saved buying those things you'd use so little of and it was nice to be able to leave behind our unfinished pantry items knowing that they would not be wasted. There are plenty of quality towels and linen, along with all the equipment you'd need for a picnic. Even on the warmest of nights, an open window and ceiling fan was sufficient for a comfortable sleep. The house, gardens and pool are all beautiful and very well maintained. We wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you.
