Linda and Tom's house is only steps away from a beautiful swimming beach and is very centrally located for the shops and food vans. The beds were very comfortable, the showers hot and powerful and the house had everything in it that we needed. Would definitely recommend!

This is a very comfortable property with a beautiful outlook. It is situated right next to a main road so there is a lot of passing traffic. The double windows in the bedroom pretty much cut out all the noise when you are trying to sleep and it didn’t bother us in the other part of the unit. The location is very central and convenient and the owner was extremely helpful and obliging. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a gem to find on Kaua'i. The apartment was the perfect size for two of us, very clean and had everything we needed, including a space to park our car on the property and the use of a washing machine. The location was great and Sheri was the perfect hostess. She always met us with a smile and her suggestions of places to visit were ideal. 100% recommended.

We only stayed the one night sadly, but this is a beautifully appointed beach house, just a short stroll away from Brennecke and Poipu beaches. Very tastefully furnished, with generously sized bedrooms and ensuites, and a fabulous lanai and back lawn for sunset drinks and dinner. Highly recommended.

My mom, her hubby and my two young kids spent 8 days at the accommodation. The place was beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach that the kids and I would do, but my mom, as she has trouble walking was not able to do the walk, and drove down each morning. There was a second swimming pool, which we didn't figure out where it was until the 2nd to last day, but our swimming pool was much nicer anyway. It was just good to know about it. We were advised that the accommodation had body boards which my son could use, but there was none to be found, which was a disappointment. We went down to the beach each late afternoon and it was always not worth to rent the boards so late. It was a easy stroll for us to get to the two closest restaurants, but booking reservations at least a few days in advanced would have been good. They were both super busy. We had some confusion on where to park when we first got in there. All parking is in the one parking lot, near Building A. You need to walk to Building B and C, down the path/a small down incline. The kids are already talking about when they can come again. Thank you.

The location is great as you can easily explore both ends of the Kauai from here. You are staying metres away from a beach that is great for adults and kids, It has a rock pool for swimming and is a popular fishing spot. The apartment is nicely appointed: the bed is comfy, kitchen is great. The bathroom is tiny but it works. Only problems were we couldn't get the TV to work (and TV is quite small) and we would've appreciated some washing powder for the laundry,
