Holiday rentals near Lullingstone Roman Villa

Our recent stay at Simon’s was great. The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed with everything you might need. It has a private setting and feels very secure with a charming outdoor space and nightly visits from Jason the fox! Simon is an excellent host. He is communicates everything you need to know without you having to ask. The gifts were a lovely touch too. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay, close to everything.

Spacious property, well equipped - worked well for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. Great location, close to Hyde Park - very central with good access to buses and trains if needed. A cab rank also close by. Very clean with daily maid service. Managers on site daily to assist if required.Communication prior to the stay was very responsive. Host offering to store our luggage until the apartment was available, as we had an early flight arrival. As it happened, we were able to go straight to the apartment as it was ready.

A wonderful refuge from the london hustle and bustle

Within a 7 minute walk of Gloucester Road tube station on the Piccadilly line from Heathrow Airport and we were into our cosy comfortable London abode, relatively quickly after landing . Holly greeted us herself and gave us all the information to enable us to have a very pleasant week. We enjoyed dinner at nearby restaurants, purchased makings of dinner from nearby Waitrose and wine shops. A trip to the museums with afternoon tea at either Ampersand or Kensington Hotels was easily achieved. Other days we either caught the tube trains or caught the Number 14 red bus to central London destinations. Apart from the chilly weather which no one had any control of , everything was perfect. We stayed for 10 nights at the flat and loved it. Clare Frances was really responsive to any questions and the check in/check out process was really easy. The beds are super comfortable and the shutters and curtains meant that there were no issues with noise despite being close to the main road. The flat had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay with 2 adults & 2 kids. Location is fab for tube & buses into central London. The outside terrace was a special bonus with views into Clapham Common. Shops close by + great pub just across the road…Highly recommend this accommodation option. We’d definitely stay there again!

We really loved our stay here. The hosts communication was superb. Location was excellent and completely pin drop quiet, we never heard a noise, impressive given how close it was to everything. We'd highly recommend this property.

Location for us was excellent walking distance to bus stop or train stations, Tower of London and bridge both close by, plenty of café/restaurants as well as supermarket. Well appointed flat.
