Milovaig holiday rentals

Our family of 5 from Australia had a very comfortable 10 day stay at the cottage recently . We loved the spaciousness of the cottage - 4 bedrooms and 3 living room areas are not easy to find, especially in the more moderate budget range. The house was well equipped with almost everything one would need on a holiday...although some knives that can actually cut would be a blessing!! The owners were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were exceptionally quick in responding to any queries we had. We had been warned against going to Skye in winter, but the cottage was toasty warm even during some bitingly chilly days, and going outdoors was not an issue as long as one was well rugged up. However given that so, so many of the nearby cafes and restaurants are closed for the entire winter season (something we were utterly unaware of and really disappointed by 😔) we feel the cottage would be best enjoyed in the non-winter period when there are actually establishments open to go to at the end of walks and various outings. All in all though, we had a very pleasant stay 😊
