The heart of Barneville-Carteret provides a range of properties, many within easy walking distance of the beach and the charming port. This area is great for guests who enjoy being close to local shops and eateries, with convenient access to the coastal path.

For those seeking a more tranquil setting, properties slightly further inland from Carteret Beach in the surrounding rural areas offer a peaceful retreat. These homes provide a relaxed base, often with picturesque views of the Normandy countryside, and are a short drive from the coast, ideal for exploring the wider region.
