Dulwich Hill apartments

Stayed near my daughter - good parking on the street and very quiet location.

Comfortable apartment in a location with easy access to the city.

Nice handy location - enjoyed the area and amenities provided. Charming furnishings. The guests comfort would benefit from removing dust immediately before they arrive. In the longer term the comfort and amenity the apartment offered would benefit from double glazing and reverse cycle aircon.

We stayed in apartment #2 for four nights so my wife could recover from a surgery at westmead private and to catch up with relatives in Randwick. The apartment, grounds, garden and location were fantastic but: We were disappointed with management’s inability to cater to our request to understand how to adjust the air con when there was no remote control. No manual to be found regarding air con, a heavy doona on the bed but no lighter blanket so too hot or too cold at night. The water pressure in the bathroom vanity and shower is appalling - a little dribble. Four coffee pods, three dishwasher sachets etc for four days and no spare garbage bags to be seen. Sure we can go and buy more supplies but even a cheap motel gives you a daily service. Lift your game in these areas and you will have a top rating.

Great mod cons. Comfy bed. Close the Dulwich Hill shopping centre. Lovely balcony. I would definitely stay there again but I would request a second key be provided.
