On arrival, the block looked rather uninviting. However upon entering the unit, it was fresh, nicely styled and relatively clean. A few oversights such as stained linen on one of the beds (cleaner's responsibility, not the owners) and could have used a bin liner on arrival.A vacuum cleaner would have been very useful too to help get the daily sand out.The block was well positioned, had very convenient balcony access, and was pleasantly quiet.

We stayed for two nights. Property is conveniently located close to the airport, beach, Kirra and access to Coollangatta/Tweed Heads is an easy drive. Clean and well laid out apartment. Great communication from the host. Will seek out this property next time we're on the GC.

Took my 84 year old mother for a break . Ticked all the boxes ; stunning views, ground floor and easy access. Well equipped with all you need- maybe a bedside table between the 2 single beds in 2 nd bedroom for phones , glasses etc. Once I figured out the sliding louvres , it was great. We will be back again. Thank you
