Spacious property, well equipped - worked well for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. Great location, close to Hyde Park - very central with good access to buses and trains if needed. A cab rank also close by. Very clean with daily maid service. Managers on site daily to assist if required.Communication prior to the stay was very responsive. Host offering to store our luggage until the apartment was available, as we had an early flight arrival. As it happened, we were able to go straight to the apartment as it was ready.

The flat was so quiet and comfortable with a beautiful, peaceful outlook onto the leafy garden. Thoughtful provisions and facilities were much appreciated and made for a very welcoming stay.
The location was superb, being close to the tube and buses as well as supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
The hosts were patient and helpful when I locked myself out and are very communicative when required.
I was sad to leave but hopefully one day I will be able to return.
