Booker Bay apartments

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment which is located on the ground floor of the main house immensely. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The hosts who we met onsite were incredibly welcoming and considerate. They made genuine efforts to ensure we had everything we needed, genuinely welcoming of children and even gave us freshly baked muffins. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location. Could sit in the lounge and watch the surfers all day.Only issue is that the flat does not have air conditioning as advertised to only fans..

Grannies Cottage proved a lovely stay. Very clean and had everything I needed. The host was very obliging and communication with her excellent. I would definitely recommend.

I had to make a trip to Terrigal at short notice for 5 nights and take my Bernese Mountain Dog. Gail promptly replied to my query and said my dog was welcome. The studio is perfectly appointed and as impressive as the photos show. It is completely separate from the main house, very quiet and the yard secured by gates. A great location within walking distance to Terrigal Esplanade. Gail was super friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again in the future.

Took my sons for a few days away to unwind, relax and spend quality time together. We had the best 4 days at this beautiful little place. Fantastic location, cosy homely feel. Instantly felt at home, will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Leafy outlook, sunny and spacious this beach vibe apartment has the feel of a house with all the essentials for a perfect escape to the northern beaches. Only 5 minutes walk to Avalon Beach as well as Avalon shops, this little gem is affordable and practical with a very thoughtful host and great attention to detail. There is space and privacy with off street parking and all the things you need - a comfortable bed with soft quality bed linen; great shower, washing machine and sunny clothesline; plenty of cupboard space, a desk with a view of the trees; a smart tv, coffee machines, tea pot and tea and a good sized fridge. The decor and homewares reflect the local beach atmosphere and were delightful. Close enough to Barrenjoey Road for an easy drive to Palm Beach or Whale Beach but far enough away not to hear any traffic noise. It's a short walk to the shops to discover good restaurants and takeaways as well as all the other interesting Avalon retailers. For a couple this is perfect and if you have a family member or close friend visiting who is happy to share the ensuite bathroom, the lounge turns into a queen bed if required. It suited us well with our children visiting. Fiona is a delightful host and thought of everything. The apartment is very clean and airy. We are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.
