Great clean property as per the images. Staff were helpful. The only issue is the noise from the road. In our apartment it was very noisy despite the very thick double glazing. There was also a very loud occupant playing karaoke on the last night above is, but management eventually handled that issue. Recommend if you are ok with the noise.

Great location opposite beach. Exceptional staff, modern and clean rooms, fantastic pool and pool bar. Breakfast with plenty of variety. Highly recommended !

Poor and difficult to communicate with the organization. Very stressful. Though the location was perfect and the room was clean. Unfortunately what I booked and paid for was not what I received when we arrived. No verandah, as pictured and a far smaller room.

For the price we paid, it was a very comfortable stay. Facilities are definitely basic and outdated, the air conditioning unit really smelt bad & the shower head needs to be looked at. It was painful, and had really poor pressure & tempreture control. Room was spacious, and although we have read several reviews about the noise, we really weren't bothered once in the room. For those who are sensitive to sound, there were ear plugs provided, with an explanation for the noise, so complaints about the noise seen rather redundant. My husband and I both agree that in our 9 weeks of travel, this has absolutely been the most comfortable bed we've experienced, and ironically it has been the most basic accomodation we have booked. Transportation is at your door, and with a 5 minute tram, you are at some of the nicest beaches on the mainland. Be aware that on Sundays NOTHING in the area is open. We wished we were aware of this fact as we couldn't even get water and basic necessities as we arrived on a Sunday.
