Great house great location

We left our run late to book accommodation for our family Christmas and we got very lucky! Clem and Tines had everything we needed including things we didn't even know we needed. Our host was very approachable. Instructions via email and at property were perfect. Impeccably furnished and decorated, this holiday haven has it all. What a beautifully equipped kitchen - top notch appliances (even had a panini press, coffee machine, double wide oven, huge cooktop, so many lovely things over and above expectations). Outside entertaining area was superb - magnificent bbq with outdoor sink and fridge including another dishwasher. Wonderfully appointed laundry with pegs on clothesline. The gardens were a delight to enjoy and we had the added bonus of watching the resident Willy Wagtails feeding their chicks in preparation for leaving the nest. Beds were super comfy. Thanks for having plenty of games/books/dvd's to enjoy). This property is unique in so many wonderful ways - the shade trees were a standout. Thank you for providing essentials - condiments, laundry powder, shampoo/conditioner/body wash - so welcome. Lots of shopping/places of interest options close by. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family to celebrate our holiday

We arrived on the 24th of January and stayed 4 nights. Soon as we walked in the door we new instantly the property had plenty of space for 7 adults and 2 Chihuahuas. All the bedrooms were a good size with ceiling fans. Having three toilets is always a bonus for larger groups. Kitchen was dated but did the job. We loved the pool room with plenty of entertainment for adults or children. The extra fridge was handy too. Pool was great kept the pool cover on overnight so it was quite warm in the morning. The outside pergola area was perfect for bbqs and watching the sport. I would advise to check taxi services if going into Bunbury we waited ages for an uber and one didnt turn up at all (we forgot its not the city) There's no problems coming out of Bunbury to Australind we were picked up in 5 minutes. Thankyou for a great stay everyone enjoyed their stay. We'll be back

The property was spacious, clean and neat. There was enough room for a big family not to be on top of each other. The owners had a considered array of amenities that assisted in ensuring our stay felt like a home away from home.Binningup is a beautiful location that is nice and quiet but close enough to everything that there is a lot things to do.We loved it! Lovely tree top surroundings. Nice and private, serene environment. Gorgeous little renovated cottage. Equiped with all that we needed. So close to beach and amenities. We’ll stay again for sure.
