I searched a lot to plan a special 30th birthday for myself as my last birthday before our baby arrives, and this was the perfect place for me and my husband to enjoy and celebrate. Private hottub with ocean view was so lovely, we loved the surroundings , Caffes, shops, and the Saturday morning farmers markets. Thanks to the helpful and responsible host, Tanya. Hopefully we will be back again to share this joy with our family and friends.

We had a great time in Coolum staying at this property. The house has lovely spaces, is immaculate and well fitted out with everything you need.

Jill's property was amazing. It was clean, well equipped, luxurious and in an amazing location close enough to hear the ocean, a resort pool and it's own pool on the property. Being in a gated community meant it was quiet, family oriented and very safe. Jill and Sarah were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly. Everything in the home was in good working order and I would not hesitate in staying here again.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Gorgeous house in a beautiful location backing onto reserve. Enjoyed long walks to lovely local cafes. Would recommend mosquito spray though as there are no fly screens to the main door onto the nature reserve.

The place was a perfect getaway. In a safe and private community, with everything you would ever need. The property was stunning with a wonderful pool and close proximity to the beach. The place looks even better than in the photos online with a bedroom and ensuite that’s incredible. The place is perfect for a family holiday or just a couples retreat

We stayed over the summer holidays (mid jan) and we had the best holiday. The unit is super close to the beach, it was so wonderful to swim in the ocean every day and listen to the waves at night. Very rejuvenating for the soul! It's the prefect spot if you're looking for somewhere quiet and out of the way but still close enough drive to shops, take away food and more populated tourist areas if you want to explore. My son is autistic so it was great for us to be away from the beaches that get overcrowded at this time of year. We saw so much ocean life - even dolphins playing in the waves. We went to lake Weyba which is nursery for baby rays, which was amazing. Marcoola is also a turtle nesting beach but we weren't lucky enough to spot any :( We sat on the dunes to watch the full moon rise over the ocean (recommended by the host) which was very special.The unit is tidy, comfortable, cosy and very well appointed with everything you might want for a trip to the beach (even little snappy bags to protect your phone from sand and water). Rachel is so thoughtful and an excellent host - accommodating all our needs and much more. Great value for money too! It was such a relaxing get away for much needed family down time. My son had so much fun. Marcoola is a hidden gem! Such a special part of the world. I can't recommend Rachel and this unit highly enough. We will definitely be back - lots more exploring to do!
